Our first encounter with Wilson Watersports was when we were trying to get some work done on our Tige 20i. They replaced a steering cable. A year or so later, the boat was running really rough, and Todd and his service department fixed us right up with a tune up. I couldn't help looking at all the pretty new Malibu boats while I was in the store. We had a '91 Malibu skier for 15 years before getting the '07 Tige. We finally couldn't resist many of the new features on the 22' LSV so we traded the Tige and are very happy being back in a Malibu! The only thing better than the boat is being part of the Wilson Watersports family. I really enjoy talking with Todd and Laura about their pro water-skiing days, they remember what water skies look like. I'm always trying to get tips on surfing from Carson and Skyler and bugging them about accessories for our new ride. How many other companies throw a Christmas party for the customers, Wilson Watersports does. I'm pretty sure we would have bought from them no matter what flavor of boat they were selling because in this case, their dealership is the difference.

Great place to get your boat serviced. I've had my boat winterized, oil changes, and other service work over. They are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. I took my boat in for service due to an indicator light once and dropped it off. When I picked it up they charged me for 15 minutes of work. That is honesty we are all looking for when it come to having service work done. Will continue to take my boat back to Wilson Watersports.

The one thing that sticks in my head about Wilson Water Sports is the way they treat you. We looked at Malibu Boats for two years before we purchased one. I made many trips to Edmond just to look and ask questions. They always took time to show me or answer any question we had. To me Customer Service is there main goal.

We absolutely love our 2007 Malibu 23 LSV! Todd and Laura gave us the best deal possible on our boat, let me take it home early to surprise my husband and then backed up the wonderful buying process with excellent customer service! They also have a great pro shop and if they dont carry it they will order it in. Being a Malibu boat owner, makes you a part of a huge family. We have had other Malibu boat owners help us out on the lake and Malibu corporate is unbelievable! They really care about their customers. When we had a lot of snow and bad weather this winter they emailed me to make sure we were okay because they saw how bad the weather was in our area.

I cant say enough good things about Todd and Laura! I bought a used boat that had a couple of issues and they were completely behind the purchase and followed through on the repairs. The repairs were done 300 miles from their dealership and they assisted fully in the repair and stood behind the cost as if it were a full warranty repair. This is the best dealership by far that Ive ever had the opportunity to deal with and will probably by any future boats through them even though I live in Kansas City. You cant go wrong with Wilson Watersports. They represent the best in Midwest values of doing what you say and can be fully trusted to do the right thing. I destroyed the transmission on my Malibu direct drive and took the boat to Wilsons. They were upfront and honest with me on cost and time. The transmission was replaced with a new one and they had me back on the lake in astonishing time!! They completed the work much faster and cheaper than originally quoted. Excellent job on a major issue.

I recently purchased a 2012 malibu mxz that had some different mechanical issues Todd and his staff went out of there way to do everything possible to get my family and I back up and out on the water they are in my opinion the best on and off the water thanks again
